摘要: 利用CMOS数字集成电路设计了一种快速检测电路,包括脉冲发生电路、自动扫描电路、状态指示电路和自检控制等4个部分。基于此快速检测电路制作检测装置,对新型定日镜推杆电缆组件的混线、断线、线序进行检测。该方法线路结构简单,检测效率高,易于实现,也可用于其他类似电缆及组件的检测。Abstract: A fast detection circuit was designed using CMOS digital integrated circuits, which included four parts:pulse generation circuit, automatic scanning circuit, status indication circuit, and self check control.Based on the circuit, a detection device was developed to detect the short circuit, disconnection of cable conductors and wire sequence of a new type of heliostat pushrod cable module.The method is easy to implement with simple circuit and high detection efficiency.It can also be used for the detection of other similar cable module.
