一种核测仪表用四同轴有机电缆组件的研制

    Development of a Tetrad Coaxial Organic Cable Assembly Used for Nuclear Instrument System

    • 摘要: 针对核电站堆外核测量系统热中子探测器信号传输需求,研制了可用于该系统安全壳内使用的四同轴有机电缆组件,提出了电缆及配套连接器的设计方案。根据传输信号的特点及安全壳内特殊的使用环境、功能要求和核安全级电缆的规定,将该电缆的鉴定试验分为电缆材料性能试验、电气性能试验和专项试验三大类,介绍了详细的试验项目、检验要求和测试结果,可为类似产品的研制提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet signal transmission requirements of the thermal neutron detector in nuclear instrument system (NIS) of nuclear power plants, a tetrad coaxial organic cable assembly was developed to use inside the containment, and a design scheme for the cable and matched connectors was presented. According to characteristics of transmission signals and special usage environment inside the containment, NIS functional requirements, as well as regulations for nuclear safety cables, tests of this cable assembly were divided into three categories, which were cable material performance tests, electrical performance tests, and special tests. Detailed test items, inspection requirements, and test results were introduced, which could give advises for the development of similar products.
