小型化耐辐照抗干扰同轴电缆研制

    Development of Miniaturized Radiation Resistant and Interference Resistant Multi-Core Coaxial Cable

    • 摘要: 在小型化耐辐照抗干扰同轴电缆的常规核电电缆性能基础上,通过研制绝缘材料、设计电缆结构、调整生产工艺等方法,成功研制了一种新型的核反应堆堆芯探测器电缆。与原有核电站核反应堆堆芯探测器电缆相比,研制成的电缆具备外径为12.3 mm、累计辐照剂量为1.0×106 Gy、转移阻抗为28 mΩ·m-1等特性,满足实际使用场景需求。该小型化耐辐照抗干扰同轴电缆在实际应用中,使用场景更加广泛,可以应用到比现有核电站更小的核反应装置中,如试验堆、空间堆、核动力水下船只等。

       

      Abstract: Based on the performance of conventional nuclear power cable with miniaturized radiation resistant and anti-interference coaxial cable, a new type of nuclear reactor core detector cable was successfully developed by developing insulation materials, designing cable structure, adjusting production process and other methods.Compared with original nuclear reactor core detector cable, the developed cable had an outer diameter of 12.3 mm, accumulated radiation dose of 1.0×106 Gy, and transfer impedance of 28 mΩ·m-1, which met the requirements of practical usage scenarios. In the process of practical use, the miniature radiation resistant and interference resistant coaxial cable was more widely used, and could be applied to nuclear reaction devices smaller than existing nuclear power plants, such as test reactors, space reactors, nuclear powered underwater vessels, etc.
