电缆模拟压痕装置的设计与实现

摘要: 针对传统电缆高温压力试验采用效率慢、精度低的人工压痕切片测试的试验方法,设计了一套电缆模拟压痕的装置。该装置以GB/T 2951.31—2008中高温压力试验与抗开裂试验的相关内容为基准,采用STM32F1作为主控芯片,利用超声波传感器测距保障了刀具下刀的精准性;利用容栅传感器的测距方法,在模拟高温压力试验过程中,直接对电缆压痕进行深度测量;最后,系统通过将测量数据和标准数据的比对进行不确定度分析,发现所得数据与实际情况较为接近,实现了电缆测试的精确化。Abstract: A device was designed to simulate indentation of cables which was different from traditional method of using manual indentation slicing testing with low efficiency and accuracy for high-temperature pressure testing of cables. According to pertinent content of pressure test at high temperature cracking resistance stipulated in GB/T 2951.31—2008, the device incorporated STM32F1 as the primary control chip. Ultrasonic sensors for distance measurement were employed to guarantee the precision of tool cutting. Besides, with distance measurement technique of capacitive grating sensors, the depth of cable indentation could be directly assessed during simulated high-temperature pressure test. In the end, by comparing the measurement data with standard and scrutinizing of uncertainty analysis, the system discovered that the obtained data was more authentic compared to the actual situation, which realized the precision of cable testing.
