B1级燃烧性能的无卤型非屏蔽6类数字通信电缆研制难点探讨

    Discussion on the Development Difficulties of Halogen-Free Unshielded Category 6 Digital Communication Cables with B1 Class Combustion Performance

    • 摘要: B1级燃烧性能等级的电缆,特别是无卤型非屏蔽数字通信对称电缆,由于低烟无卤护套料中含有一定量易燃的聚烯烃原料,与有卤阻燃材料的阻燃效果相差很多,因此,要达到B1级燃烧性能要求具有一定难度。为了满足GB 51348—2019中通信电缆B1级无卤燃烧特性的设计要求,从减少普通聚乙烯材料的占比和采用具有高阻燃无卤护套材料及其加工工艺的角度,在满足电缆衰减传输性能的前提下,对低烟无卤型非屏蔽6类数字通信对称电缆的结构设计、关键工艺控制等方面进行了研究,并对该电缆进行了B1级燃烧性能等级的验证。结果表明,其碳化高度、燃烧增长指数等指标均可以满足GB 31247—2014中的要求。

       

      Abstract: Communication cables with B1 class combustion performance, especially halogen-free unshielded digital communication symmetrical cables, is difficult to meet the requirements of B1 class combustion performance.Because LSZH sheathing material contains a certain amount of flammable polyolefin, flame retardancy of which is much worse than that of halogenated materials. In order to meet the design requirements of Class B1 halogen-free combustion characteristics for communication cables in GB 51348—2019, research was conducted on the structural design, key process control and other aspects of low smoke and halogen-free unshielded category 6 digital communication symmetrical cables, under the premise of meeting the attenuation transmission performance of the cable by reducing the proportion of ordinary polyethylene materials, and adopting materials with high flame retardancy, halogen-free sheathing and their processing technology. The cable with B1 class combustion performance was verified. Results showed that the carbonization height, combustion growth index and other indicators could meet the requirements specified in GB 31247—2014 standard.
