脐带缆安装技术的优化与应用

摘要: 为解决脐带缆刚度大、弯曲半径要求高、施工路由精度控制差、余缆抛放空间受限及脐带缆的水下终端(umbilical termination head,UTH)精确安装难的问题,文中引入高精度定位系统、仿真模拟等技术手段,通过理论验证和工程实践,详细分析了上述技术手段对施工精度及脐带缆安装稳定性的增强作用。结果表明,上述技术应用后,脐带缆的铺设偏差不仅可以控制在±5 cm以内,还显著提升了施工的定位准确性;同时,有效降低了脐带缆的损伤率,确保作业时的安全性和脐带缆系统长期运行的可靠性。综上所述,针对脐带缆安装所提出的综合技术策略,成功实现了施工精度与效率的同步提升,显著增强了脐带缆铺设的安全性和可靠性,可为同类脐带缆铺设项目提供实践经验与技术范例。Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large rigidity of umbilical cables, high requirement of bending radius, poor control of construction routing accuracy, restricted space for casting the remaining cable and difficult to install umbilical termination head (UTH) accurately, high-precision positioning system, simulation and other technical means were introduced, and enhancement effect of the above technical means on construction accuracy and installation stability of umbilical cable was analyzed in detail through theoretical verification and engineering practice. Results showed that after application of above technologies, laying deviation of umbilical cables was controlled within ± 5 cm, which significantly improved positioning accuracy of construction and effectively reduced damage rate of umbilical cables, and ensured operation safety and long-term reliability of umbilical cable system. In summary, the proposed comprehensive technical strategy for umbilical cable installation simultaneously could improve construction accuracy and efficiency, significantly enhance safety and reliability of umbilical cable laying, and provide practical experience and technical examples for similar umbilical cable laying projects.
