光电混合缆生产工艺改进
Improvement of Production Process of Hybrid Cables

摘要: 针对光电混合缆存在的光纤应力应变难题,通过合理控制铜导体的张力、优化铜导体绞合的节距,改善生产工艺,并对改进前后的各项性能进行对比。结果表明,经过工艺改进后,光纤承受外力时的应变满足标准要求,保证了光电信号传输的稳定性与高效性,对提升光电混合缆的抗拉性能具有重要意义。Abstract: Aiming at the problem of fiber stress and strain in hybrid cables, production process was improved by reasonably controlling tension of copper conductors and optimizing pitch of copper conductor twisting, and the performance before and after improvement was compared. Results showed the strain of optical fiber under external force could meet the standard requirements and ensure stability and efficiency of optoelectronic signal transmission after process improvement, which could provide a great significance to improve the tensile performance of hybrid cables.
