摘要: 护套是高压电力电缆的重要组成部分,护套质量直接影响电缆线路的供电稳定性和电缆寿命。本文分析高压电力电缆绝缘护套烧蚀的原因,并提出解决方案。研究通过理论分析和仿真计算,探讨了接地环流、地电位、接地电阻等因素对护套烧蚀的影响。结果显示,金属护套环流过大、悬浮电压、接地电阻增加是导致烧蚀的主要原因。通过仿真,验证了在不同接地情况下护套电压的变化。解决方案包括降低金属护套环流、减少悬浮电压、加强在线监测和提高运维管理。最终,本文为电缆线路设计、敷设和运维提供了科学指导,确保高压电缆的安全稳定运行。Abstract: Insulation sheath of high voltage power cables is a crucial component of cable system, and its quality directly impacts the stability of the power supply and lifespan of cable. This paper aims to analyze the causes of ablation of the insulating sheath of high voltage power cables and proposes solutions. Through theoretical analysis and simulation calculations, the study explores the impact of factors such as grounding circulation, ground potential, and grounding resistance on sheath ablation. The results show that excessive metal sheath circulation, floating voltage, and increased grounding resistance are the main reasons for ablation. Simulations have verified the changes in sheath voltage under different grounding conditions. Solutions include reducing metal sheath circulation, minimizing floating voltage, enhancing online monitoring, and improving operational management. Ultimately, this paper provides scientific guidance for the design, installation, and maintenance of cable lines, ensuring the safe and stable operation of high voltage cables.
