高压电力电缆护套烧蚀原因分析及解决方法

摘要: 护套是高压电力电缆的重要组成部分,护套质量直接影响电缆线路的供电稳定性和电缆寿命。文中对高压电力电缆绝缘护套烧蚀的原因进行分析,并提出解决方案;通过理论分析和仿真计算,探讨接地环流、地电位、接地电阻等因素对护套烧蚀的影响。结果表明,金属护套环流过大、悬浮电压、接地电阻增加是导致烧蚀的主要原因;通过仿真,验证护套电压在不同接地情况下的变化,提出降低金属护套环流和金属护套悬浮电压、加强在线监测、提高运维管理等解决方法,为电缆线路设计、敷设和运维提供科学指导,以确保高压电缆的安全稳定运行。Abstract: Insulation sheath of high voltage power cables is a crucial component of cable system, and its quality directly impacts stability of power supply and lifespan of cables. In the paper, causes of insulating sheath ablation of high voltage power cables were analyzed, and corresponding solutions were proposed. Through theoretical analysis and simulation calculations, impact of factors such as grounding circulation, ground potential, and grounding resistance on sheath ablation was explored. Results showed that main reasons of ablation were excessive metal sheath circulation, floating voltage, and increased grounding resistance. Changes in sheath voltage under different grounding conditions were verified through simulations, and solutions including reducing metal sheath circulation, minimizing floating voltage, enhancing online monitoring, and improving operational management were proposed, which could provide scientific guidance for design, installation, and maintenance of cable lines, ensure safe and stable operation of high voltage cables.
