电缆导线用高性能纤维拉挤复合芯研究进展

    Research Progress of Pultruded High-Performance Fiber Composite Core in Cable Conductor

    • 摘要: 纤维增强复合芯导线是一种全新节能、增容、轻量化导线,充分发挥了纤维复合材料的优良力学性能和电气性能,较传统导线提高了有效导电面积,减轻了导线自重,具有耐热特性优良、热膨胀系数较低等特点。文中介绍了近年来复合芯在材料构成、成型工艺、质量检测等方面的研究内容,阐述了电缆导线用高性能纤维拉挤复合芯的未来发展目标和方向(引用文献21篇)。

       

      Abstract: Fiber-reinforcing composite core conductor is a kind of new energy-saving, capacity-increasing and light-weight conductor. It gives full play to its excellent electrical and mechanical characteristics of fiber composites. Compared with traditional cables, the effective conducting area is improved, the weight of the cable is reduced, the heat resistance is excellent, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is low. Researches of composite core in material composition, forming process and quality detection in recent years, are introduced. Future development goals and direction of pultruded high performance fiber composite core for cable are also elaborated(21 references cited).
