Abstract: Performance tests on enamelled copper flat wire for new energy vehicle drive motors are reviewed.Important test process, principle and analysis of quality control of enamelled copper flat wire are introduced. By referring to relevant literature and testing standards, present testing status of enamelled copper flat wire in the field of mechanical, electrical, thermal and chemical important performance testing and online testing is stated.Development direction of testing equipment and standards is also discussed, which could be used as reference for manufacturers of enamelled copper flat wire(13 references cited).
