一级建筑用难燃耐火电缆的研制及应用

摘要: 基于DBJ/T 15-226—2021中一级场所对阻燃电缆的设计要求,根据阻燃电缆特性、建筑工程中敷设运行环境,设计研发了同时满足燃烧性能B1级和成束阻燃A类的耐火电缆。经试验,护套以乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物和聚烯烃热塑性弹性体为基料,添加一定比例的以季铵盐有机插层纳米片层结构的蒙脱土为主要成炭剂,云母粉、硅灰石、白炭黑为成瓷骨架,并加入少量陶瓷化硼酸锌的高阻燃低热释放聚烯烃护套材料。通过挤塑加工制成的阻燃耐火电缆,在燃烧过程中具有无滴落物、易成炭、不助燃、易结壳等特性,可满足建筑行业对阻燃、耐火性能的高要求。Abstract: Based on the design requirements for flame-retardant cables in first level locations in DBJ/T 15-226—2021, characteristics of flame-retardant cables, and installation and operation environment in building engineering, a fire-resistant cable that met B1 level of combustion performance and class A of bundle flame-retardant was designed and developed. Tests showed that the sheath was made of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer as the base material, a certain proportion of montmorillonite with quaternary ammonium cation organic intercalation nano lamellar structure as the main carbon forming agent, mica powder, wollastonite and white carbon black as the ceramic skeleton, and a small amount of ceramic zinc borate as the high flame retardant and low heat release polyolefin sheath material. During combustion process, flame-retardant and fireresistant cables made by extrusion had characteristics such as no dripping objects, easy carbonization, non combustion support, and high flame retardancy, which could meet the high requirements for flame retardancy and fire resistance in construction industry.
