基于自整定降低老化箱温度过冲量的研究
Research on Reducing Temperature Overshoot of the Aging Box Based on Self-Setting

摘要: 老化箱温度过冲会影响电缆检测结果的正确性, 为降低老化箱温度过冲量, 对型号为RL100 的老化箱进行不同设定温度下的自整定试验, 研究降低老化箱温度过冲量的方法。 结果表明, 相同设定温度下, 初始温度越低, 自整定后温度过冲量越小; 自整定加热区间的大小会影响自整定后的温度过冲量。 试验结果可为后续自整定降低老化箱温度过冲量提供参考。Abstract: Temperature overshoot of the aging box will affect correctness of cable detection results. In order to reduce temperature overshoot of the aging box, methods to reduce temperature overshoot of RL100 aging box under different set temperature were studied. Results showed that at the same set temperature, self-setting temperature overcharge decreased when the initial temperature was lower and the size of self-setting heating interval would affect temperature overcharge after the self-setting. Test results could provide a reference for the subsequent selfsetting reduction of temperature overshoot in aging box.
