军用电缆压接失效故障分析与解决

    Analysis and Research on Common Crimping Failure Modes of Military Cable Assembly

    • 摘要: 通过失效案例的分析过程,介绍了坑压式压接失效的分析步骤。针对线芯股数较少,装配过程黏合剂易渗漏导致压接电阻变大的失效模式,提出了点焊法以提升压接可靠性。

       

      Abstract: Steps of analysis process were introduced through a failure case. Aiming at failure mode of the small number of core strands and crimping resistance due to the leakage of adhesive during assembly process, a spot welding method was proposed to improve crimping reliability.
