橡胶电缆的连续硫化时间数学模型

    Mathematical Model of Continuous Vulcanization Time of Rubber Cables

    • 摘要: 橡胶电缆在生产过程中需要经历高温、高压的环境, 易出现导体氧化、变色、欠硫等问题, 根本原因是硫化工艺参数设置不合理。 目前, 进口连续硫化设备已经增加了硫化工艺自动计算的功能。 为了规范硫化工艺, 升级国产设备, 提高产品质量和生产效率, 根据橡胶硫化原理, 文中建立了适用于橡胶电缆硫化时间的数学模型, 并经过产品生产工艺验证, 证明了其准确性和可靠性, 为橡胶电缆生产工艺的技术创新和设备升级提供了科学依据。

       

      Abstract: Rubber cables in production process need to experience high temperature and high pressure environment.During the process, problems such as conductor oxidation, color change and lack of sulfur appear easily, reason of which is unreasonable setting of vulcanization process parameters. At present, the imported continuous vulcanization equipment has increased the function of automatic calculation of vulcanization process. In order to standardize vulcanization process, upgrade domestic equipment, improve product quality and production efficiency, according to the principle of rubber vulcanization, a mathematical model for vulcanization time of rubber cables was established. Accuracy and reliability of the calculation model were proved by the product production process verification. Results provided scientific basis for technological innovation and equipment upgrading of rubber cable production process.
