基于多维诊断方法的核测仪表电缆老化状态评估

    Aging Condition Assessment of Nuclear Instrumentation Cables Based on Multi-Dimensional Diagnostic Methods

    • 摘要: 某核电厂堆外核测仪表电缆在停冷风阶段发生状态异常,针对该问题,对核电厂堆外核测仪表电缆开展绝缘性能检查与老化状态评估。采用线性共振分析、时域反射测试、介质损耗频谱测试等多维诊断方法,对核测仪表电缆开展局部缺陷定位和整体老化状态评估。研究结果表明,多维诊断方法简单便捷,缺陷定位精确高效。最后给出核测仪表电缆的状态评估结果,并给出电缆服役过程中存在问题的改进建议。

       

      Abstract: In response to the abnormal state of the nuclear instrumentation cables outside the nuclear power plant during the cold shutdown phase, insulation performance inspection and aging status evaluation on nuclear instrumentation cables were conducted. Linear resonance analysis, time-domain reflection(TDR) test, and dielectric loss spectrum test were used to locate local defects and evaluate aging status of nuclear instrumentation cables. The results demonstrated that the multi-dimensional diagnostic methods were simple and convenient, with defect localization being accurate and efficient. Finally, the condition evaluation results of the nuclear instrumentation cables and the improvement suggestions for the problems existing in cables service process were given.
