    Development of Low-Smoke Halogen-Free B1 Flame Retardant Responder Data Transmission Cables for Rail Transit

    • 摘要: 为满足轨道交通用电缆对低烟无卤B1级阻燃的需求,文中对轨道交通用低烟无卤阻燃B1级应答器数据传输电缆的结构设计、材料选型和生产制造工艺等关键内容做了全面的论述,并通过计算实例和性能试验,验证了电缆性能的可靠性,可为相关轨道交通用阻燃B1级数据传输电缆的设计提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the demand of low-smoke halogen-free B1 flame retardant for rail transit cables, structural design, material selection, and manufacturing process of low-smoke halogen-free B1 flame retardant responder data transmission cables for rail transit were made a comprehensive discussion. And the reliability of cable performance was verified through calculation examples and performance tests, which could provide reference for design of low-smoke halogen-free B1 flame retardant responder data transmission cables for rail transit.
