Abstract: In order to meet the demand of low-smoke halogen-free B₁ flame retardant for rail transit cables, structural design, material selection, and manufacturing process of low-smoke halogen-free B₁ flame retardant responder data transmission cables for rail transit were made a comprehensive discussion. And the reliability of cable performance was verified through calculation examples and performance tests, which could provide reference for design of low-smoke halogen-free B₁ flame retardant responder data transmission cables for rail transit.
