摘要: 为满足轨道交通用电缆对低烟无卤B1级阻燃的需求,文中对轨道交通用低烟无卤阻燃B1级应答器数据传输电缆的结构设计、材料选型和生产制造工艺等关键内容进行全面论述,并通过计算实例和性能试验,验证了电缆性能的可靠性,可为相关轨道交通用阻燃B1级数据传输电缆的设计提供参考。Abstract: In order to meet the demand of low-smoke halogen-free B1 flame retardant for rail transit cables, a comprehensive discussion was conducted on structural design, material selection, and manufacturing process of low-smoke halogen-free B1 flame retardant transponder data transmission cables for rail transit. And the reliability of cable performance was verified through calculation examples and performance tests, which could provide reference for design of low-smoke halogen-free B1 flame retardant transponder data transmission cables for rail transit.
