环保型110 kV聚丙烯绝缘电力电缆系统的设计和检验

摘要: 为满足线缆行业绿色环保发展需要,推动聚丙烯绝缘的应用进程,通过对聚丙烯改性、生产设备改进、加工工艺调整,完成了110 kV聚丙烯绝缘电力电缆的生产,并对电缆和相关附件进行试验验证。试验结果表明,110 kV聚丙烯绝缘电力电缆的结构尺寸、机械性能、电气性能均满足标准要求。同时,110 kV聚丙烯绝缘电缆与现有交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆附件组成的电力电缆系统通过了型式试验,结果进一步表明了110 kV聚丙烯绝缘电缆的可行性。Abstract: In order to meet requirements of environmental protection and green development in cable industry and promote application process of polypropylene (PP) insulation, 110 kV PP insulated power cable was completed through modification of PP, improvement of production equipment, and adjustment of processing technology, 110 kV PP insulated power cables and related accessories were tested and verified. Results showed that structural dimensions, mechanical properties, and electrical properties met the standard requirements. Moreover, the power cable system composed of 110 kV PP insulated cable and existing cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated power cable accessories passed the type test, and further demonstrated the feasibility of 110 kV PP insulated cables.
