额定破断力架空型微束光缆的研制

    Development of Overhead Micro-Beam Cables with Rated Breaking Force

    • 摘要: 为适用老旧线路杆区域通信线路的敷设条件,同时保障整体线路的安全性,通过结构设计、理论计算、材料选型和试验验证等手段,研制出额定破断力架空型微束光缆,并经过拉伸、破断等机械性能,以及环境性能进行测试验证。结果表明,研制的额定破断力架空型微束光缆既符合老旧线路杆的敷设条件,又具备额定破断力在1 350~2 000 N范围的断裂能力,能够有效避免老旧线路杆在遭遇车辆顶挂等外力时,因光缆牵连导致线杆倒塌的风险,从而保护整个线路设施不被破坏。

       

      Abstract: In order to apply laying conditions of communication lines in old line pole area, and ensure safety of the whole line. overhead micro-beam optical cables with rated breaking force was developed by means of structural design, theoretical calculation, material selection and test verification. Mechanical properties such as tensile and breaking, environmental performance tests were verified. Results showed that overhead micro-beam optical cables with rated breaking force could meet laying conditions of old line rods, and had breaking capacity of rated breaking force in the range of 1 350 to 2 000 N, which could effectively avoid the risk of pole collapse due to fiber optic cable implication when old poles encounter external forces such as vehicle roof hanging, so as to protect the entire line facilities from being damaged.
