一种电缆接头XLPE主绝缘层水分含量快速检测方法

    A Rapid Detection Method for Moisture Content in XLPE Main Insulation Layer of Cable Joints

    • 摘要: 针对电缆运维领域缺乏电缆接头交联聚乙烯(cross-linked polyethylene,XLPE)水分含量现场检测方法的问题,提出了一种近红外光谱检测电缆接头XLPE水分含量的方法。试验选取服役期为5~20 a不等的10 kV XLPE三芯电缆样品;采用蒸发称重法测定其水分含量,作为建立标准曲线的参考;利用傅里叶近红外光谱仪和专用采谱附件,采集其近红外光谱;在对样品光谱进行深入分析的基础上,使用羟基在1450 nm处的一阶微分值和水分含量建立标准曲线。结果表明,标准曲线方程决定系数为0.90958;与蒸发称重法结果相比,新方法预测值相对偏差小于4%。该方法操作简单,测试时间短,可以用于现场检测,对提高电缆接头的更换效率和降低电缆的运行成本具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: A near-infrared spectroscopy method was proposed to detect moisture content in cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cable joints, addressing the long-standing lack of an on-site detection method in cable operation and maintenance. Experiments were conducted using 10 kV XLPE three-core cable samples with service life ranging from 5 to 20 years. Moisture content was determined using evaporation weighing method, providing reference values for establishing the standard curve. Near-infrared spectra were collected using a Fourier-transform near-infrared spectrometer and a dedicated spectral sampling accessory. Based on an in-depth spectral analysis, a standard curve was established using the first-order differential value of hydroxyl group at 1450 nm and the moisture content. Results showed that coefficient of determination for the standard equation was 0.90958, and relative deviation of predicted values from the new method was less than 4% compared with evaporation weighing method. The new method is simple to operate, requires a short testing time, and is suitable for on-site detection. It has significant practical value in improving the efficiency of cable joint replacement and reducing cable operation costs.
