采煤机光纤复合橡套软电缆的研制

摘要: 针对采煤机橡套软电缆控制线芯易损坏,且不支持远距离通信和高速数据传输,无法满足煤矿智能化开采时机载摄像头、控制和传感设备数据传输需求,研制了一种新型采煤机光纤复合橡套软电缆。介绍了改进后采煤机光纤复合橡套软电缆的总体结构设计及关键工艺控制,进行了电气性能、阻燃性能、机械性能等性能测试,还通过应用实例验证所研制电缆的可靠性和实用性。结果表明,所研制电缆的性能均符合设计要求,可为地下采掘装备的电源连接用拖拽型光纤复合电缆的设计提供借鉴参考。Abstract: Addressing the susceptibility of control cores within flexible rubber-sheath cables for shearers to damage, and their inherent limitations in supporting long-distance communication and high-speed data transmission, which can not meet the data transmission demands of airborne camera, control and sensor equipment during intelligent coal mining, a new type of fiber optic composite rubber sheath soft cable for coal mining machine was developed. Overall structural design and key process control of the developed cable were introduced. Electrical properties, flame retardant properties, mechanical properties were carried out. Reliability and practicability of the developed cable were verified through application examples. Results showed that properties of the developed cable met the design requirements, which could provide reference for the design of drag type optical fiber composite cable for power connection of underground mining equipment.
