摘要: 在高压电缆附件领域,故障线路余长不足和故障线路快速修复已成为亟待攻克的关键问题。该问题严重影响电力系统的稳定运行,鉴于此研发了适用于110 kV交联聚乙烯(cross-linked polyethylene,XLPE)电缆的增长型抢修接头。利用电场解析和机械解析方法,设计了增长型抢修接头的内外绝缘;接头设计完成后,通过冷热冲击试验、电气组装等方式,全面验证了其机械性能和电气性能。结果表明,该抢修接头能够替代常规中间接头完成故障线路修复工作,提高修复效率。Abstract: In the field of high-voltage cable accessories, insufficient surplus length of faulty lines and faulty line rapid repair have become the key problems to be solved, which seriously affects the stable operation of power system. In view of this, a lengthened type repair joint for 110 kV cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cables was developed. Using electric field analysis and mechanical analysis method, internal and external insulation of lengthened type repair joint was designed. Mechanical and electrical properties of lengthened type repair joint after design were comprehensively verified by cold and hot shock test, electrical assembly and other methods. Results showed that the repair joint could replace conventional intermediate joint to complete faulty line repair and improve repair efficiency.
