摘要: 中压交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆在运行过程中易出现鼓包现象,严重影响其安全性与使用寿命。文中从绝缘材料配方、脱气工艺、铜带张力控制、绕包带结构及电缆封头工艺等方面系统分析了鼓包成因。结果表明,绝缘材料中交联剂过量或分散不均、脱气不充分、屏蔽层绕包过紧,以及封头结构不合理等因素均可导致内部气体积聚,从而在高温下膨胀引发鼓包。通过凝胶率试验和热失重试验验证,提高脱气温度至80 ℃并延长脱气时间至48 h可显著提升脱气效果。工艺改进后,电缆在露天环境下放置半年未出现鼓包,证实所述措施可有效提升电缆可靠性。Abstract: Bulging phenomenon in medium-voltage cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables was investigated, focusing on its impact on operational safety and service life. A systematic analysis was conducted from multiple aspects, including insulation material formulation, degassing process, copper tape tension control, optimized wrapping tape structure, and cable sealing process. It was found that bulging was primarily caused by the accumulation of internal gases due to factors such as excessive or unevenly dispersed crosslinking agent, insufficient degassing, overly tight shielding layer wrapping, and improper sealing design. Gel rate tests and thermogravimetric experiments were carried out. Results was verified that increasing degassing temperature to 80 °C and extending degassing time to 48 h significantly could improve degassing effectiveness. After process improvements were implemented, no bulging was observed in cables exposed to outdoor conditions for over six months, confirming that the proposed measures could effectively enhance cable reliability.
