冷缩型低烟无卤聚烯烃外护套修复可靠性

    Repair Reliability of Cold Shrinkage Low-Smoke Halogen-Free Polyolefin Outer Sheath

    • 摘要: 随着低烟无卤聚烯烃外护套电缆的广泛应用,外护套受损后的修复成为保障电缆性能与寿命的关键环节。聚焦低烟无卤聚烯烃外护套,分析其材料特性和结构设计原理,据此设计冷缩型修复方案,并采用多种试验手段,如相容性试验、防水试验、长期老化试验、抗外力冲击试验、高低温切换后切口处收缩试验、抗紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)试验、老化后浸水试验、振动试验、弯曲试验等,验证修复后电缆在油污、浸水、热老化、紫外光照射、外力作用、冷热交替后切口位移、老化后浸水、外部振动、弯曲受力等9种外部环境条件下持续运行的可靠性。综合各项试验数据,该冷缩型低烟无卤聚烯烃外护套修复方案具有较高的可靠性,在提高电缆系统稳定性方面具有显著的应用价值,可为修复技术的优化与发展提供参考。

       

      Abstract: With the wide application of low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin outer sheath cables, the repair of damaged outer sheath has become a critical link in ensuring performance and service life of cables. Focusing on cold shrinkage low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin outer sheath, material characteristics and structural design principles were analyzed, and a cold shrinkage repair scheme was designed. Varieties of test methods, including compatibility test, waterproof test, long-term aging test, resistance to external impact test, shrinkage test at incision after high and low temperature switch, ultraviolet (UV) test, water immersion test after aging, vibration test, bending test were used to verify the continuous operation reliability of repaired cable under 9 kinds of external environmental conditions, such as oil, immersion, thermal aging, ultraviolet light exposure, external force, hot and cold alternating incision displacement, immersion after aging, external vibration, bending subjected. Based on various test data, cold shrinkage low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin outer sheath repair scheme has high reliability, and has significant application value in improving stability of cable system, which could provide a reference for optimization and development of repair technology.
