新型中压智能耐火电缆的特性及应用领域

摘要: 针对传统中压耐火电缆耐火性能不足、燃烧等级偏低及缺乏智能化控制等问题,提出了一种新型中压智能耐火电缆的结构优化方案。通过集成马鞍形填充、智能光纤测温系统、数字化终端及陶瓷化隔氧层等创新设计,结合无卤低烟阻燃护套材料与防冻尼龙管氮气主动降温技术,实现了电缆耐火性能、B1级燃烧特性及电力传输效率的全面提升。试验结果表明,改进后电缆在950~1 000 ℃火焰中耐火时长超过90 min,并具备实时温度监测与主动防火功能。该电缆通过材料优化与工艺创新,显著提升了火灾环境下的运行稳定性,满足建筑、轨道交通、电力系统等高安全需求场景的应用要求,为电气火灾防控提供了可靠的技术解决方案。Abstract: To address limitations of traditional medium-voltage fire-resistant cables, including insufficient fire resistance, low combustion ratings, and lack of intelligent control, a structural optimization scheme for a novel intelligent medium-voltage fire-resistant cable was proposed. Innovative designs such as saddle-shaped filling, intelligent fiber-optic temperature monitoring system, digital terminals, and ceramicized oxygen barrier layer were integrated. The cable's fire resistance, Class B1 combustion performance level, and power transmission efficiency were comprehensively improved through integration of saddle-shaped filling, an intelligent fiber-optic temperature monitoring system, digital terminals, and a ceramicized oxygen barrier layer, combined with halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant sheathing materials and active nitrogen cooling technology using freeze-resistant nylon tubes. Experimental tests confirmed that the optimized cable withstood flames of 950 to 1 000 °C for over 90 min, while real-time temperature monitoring and active fire prevention functions were achieved. The experimental results demonstrated that operational stability under fire conditions was significantly enhanced through material optimization and process innovation. The cable met the application requirements for high-safety scenarios such as buildings, rail transit, and power systems, providing a reliable technical solution for electrical fire prevention and control.
