辐照交联阻燃聚烯烃电缆的热氧老化及寿命评估

    Thermal-Oxidative Aging and Life Assessment of Radiation Crosslinked Flame Retardant Polyolefin Cables

    • 摘要: 电缆的老化不仅影响其传输效率和稳定性,还会带来安全隐患。采用加速老化试验方法在180 ℃条件下对辐照交联阻燃聚烯烃电缆进行热氧老化处理,研究其不同老化状态下的机械性能、介电性能和结构变化等,并采用阿仑尼乌斯方程计算不同温度下的使用寿命。结果表明,电缆护套在180 ℃条件下,随着老化时间的增加,断裂伸长率呈下降趋势,拉伸强度则先略微上升后逐渐下降;邵氏硬度随老化时间的增加,由90 HA增加至96 HA;不同老化时间下的电缆介电常数、介质损耗角正切和电导率也随老化时间的增加而逐渐增加;基于寿命评估,得出电缆在105,90,80,70 ℃下的使用寿命分别为6.3,28.3,83.0和258.9 a。

       

      Abstract: Aging of cables not only affects transmission efficiency and stability, but also brings safety risks. Using accelerated aging test methods, thermal-oxidative aging treatment of irradiated crosslinked flame retardant polyolefin cables was conducted at 180 °C, mechanical properties, dielectric properties, and structural changes at different aging states were studied, and useful life at different temperatures was calculated by using Arrhenius equation. Results showed that elongation at break decreases with increase of aging time at 180 °C, and tensile strength increases slightly and then decreases gradually. Shore hardness increased from 90 to 96 HA with increase of aging time. Dielectric constant, dielectric loss tangent and conductivity of cables under different aging times also increased gradually with increase of aging time. Based on life assessment, useful life of cables at 105, 90, 80, and 70 ℃ were 6.3, 28.3, 83.0, and 258.9 years.
