0.6/1 kV绕包型B1级低烟无卤阻燃电力电缆的研制

    Development of 0.6/1 kV Wrapped Type Low Smoke Halogen-Free Power Cable with Class B1 Flame Retardant

    • 摘要: 为了制备更轻量化、成本更低的0.6/1 kV B1级低烟无卤阻燃电缆,文中通过结构设计优化,采用绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶材料替代传统的挤包隔氧层结构,对电缆的材料、结构设计及关键工艺控制等方面进行了研究,并对该电缆进行了B1级燃烧性能等级的验证。结果表明,该电缆的燃烧性能等级符合GB 31247—2014《电缆及光缆燃烧性能分级》中B1级要求,且燃烧滴落物/微粒、烟气毒性和腐蚀性分别达到标准中规定的d0、t0和a1等级。相应的试验结果可为后续绕包型B1级阻燃电力电缆的设计工作提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to prepare a lighter and cheaper 0.6/1 kV low smoke halogen-free cable with Class B1 flame retardant, the structure was optimized by replacing traditional extruded oxygen barrier layer structure with wrapped ceramifiable silicone rubber material. Material, structural design and key process control of the cable were investigated, and Class B1 combustion performance level of the cable was verified. Results showed that combustion performance level of the cable could meet the requirements of Class B1 in Classification for Burning Behavior of Electric and Optical Cables (GB 31247—2014). Combustion droplets/particles, smoke toxicity and corrosion could meet d0, t0 and a1 levels in the standard, respectively. Experimental results could provide a reference for the design of wrapped type power cables with Class B1 flame retardant in the future.
