摘要: 围绕水下生产系统用动态脐带缆(以下简称动态脐带缆)多构件、多层螺旋缠绕的结构特点,全面总结了动态脐带缆疲劳失效形式、疲劳寿命分析方法和疲劳试验测试技术等方向的研究进展。通过对动态脐带缆疲劳问题研究方法与热点的详细阐述,揭示了该领域的主要研究成果和关键技术难点,展望了动态脐带缆未来发展的主要技术需求和研究方向,为动态脐带缆在海洋油气资源开发中的长寿命工程应用提供了基础理论和技术参考(引用文献104篇)。Abstract: Research on fatigue failure mode, fatigue life analysis and fatigue test method of dynamic umbilical underwater production systems (hereinafter called dynamic umbilical) are summarized. Main research methods and key technical difficulties are revealed. In addition, main technical demands and research directions for the future development of dynamic umbilical are prospected. The above work provides basic theory and technical reference for the long-life engineering application of dynamic umbilical for offshore engineering (104 references cited).
