新型非铠装阻燃A 类电缆的设计与改进

    Design and Improvement of New Type Non-armored Flame Retardant Class A Cables

    • 摘要: 常规非铠装阻燃A 类电缆存在结构复杂、生产成本高、电缆性能通过率低等问题。 试验通过对其结构进行改进, 研制了一种新型非铠装阻燃A 类电缆, 并详细介绍了该电缆的制造工艺, 并对7 个ZA-YJV-0.6/1 kV-4×50+1×25 mm2 电缆进行结构设计与验证, 6 个不使用隔氧层材料的样品炭化高度在2.8 ~3.2 m范围, 其中1 个样品使用隔氧层材料炭化高度小于0.7 m 要求, 最后进行电性能、机械物理性能、单根电缆垂直燃烧试验, 成束燃烧试验(A 类)。 结果表明, 新型非铠装阻燃A 类电缆可满足设计技术要求。

       

      Abstract: Conventional non-armored flame retardant Class A cables have problems of complicated structure, high production cost and low cable performance pass rate. A new type of non-armored flame-retardant class A cable was developed by improving its structure, and manufacturing process was introduced in detail. 7 ZA-YJV-0.6 / 1 kV-4×50+1×25 mm2 were designed and verified, and carbonization height of the 6 samples without oxygen barrier material was in the range of 2.8 m and 3.2 m, and that of the 1 sample with oxygen barrier material was less than 0.7 m. Results of electrical properties, mechanical and physical properties, vertical combustion test of single cable and bundle combustion test (Class A) showed that the new type of non-armored flame-retardant Class A cables could meet the technical requirements of design.
