Abstract: Comparing longitudinal wrapping manufacturing workmanship between both sides poly-laminated aluminium foil and single-side poly-laminated aluminium foil, details of manufacturing workmanship of single polylaminated aluminium foil was discussed, and selection of performance of hot melt adhesive was analysed. Quality issues which may occur during production were solved. Single side poly-laminated aluminium foid can be used as waterproof protective layer and metallic screen structure in order to reduce the cost.
