Abstract: Car washer cable is an important electrical component of household car washer, but performance of conventional matching car washer cable in terms of mass per unit length, volume and bending can no longer meet development requirements of household car washer towards portable type. Therefore, on the basis of original product, unique design concept of integrating power line and water channel was adopted by using bending and tensile resistant copper foil wire. A new type of integrated cable for car washer was developed by using integrated extrusion process of inner liner and special water channel. After practical use and verification, results showed that mass per unit length, volume and bending performance of product have been greatly improved, and the problem of water pipe blockage caused by bending or extrusion of water pipe has been solved, which improving the effective length and service life of car washer cable, and making the household car washer more portable as a whole.
