基于IEC标准下的高压电缆烟密度指标解析

    Smoke Density Analysis of High Voltage Cable Based on IEC Standard

    • 摘要: 无卤低烟电缆烟密度试验是反馈电缆燃烧性能的重要指标之一。本工作基于IEC 60840:2020(5.0版)与IEC 62067:2022(3.0版),对36 ~500 kV高压电缆低烟无卤阻燃护套料的性能指标进行分解,并对IEC 61034-2:2005/AMD1:2013和IEC 61034-2:2019(3.2版)中烟密度的试验过程及计算原理进行总结分析。两种计算公式下,分析满足性能指标要求、不同外径高压电缆的最小透光率临界值,判断其变化趋势,明确其指标范围,从而提高对成品电缆的质量管控力度。

       

      Abstract: Smoke density test of low smoke halogen-free cables is one of the important indicators for feedback on the combustion performance of cables. Based on IEC 60840:2020 (5.0 edition) and IEC 62067:2022 (3.0 edition), performance indicators of low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant sheathing materials for high voltage cables containing 36 ~500 kV were decomposed. Through experimental process and calculation principle of smoke density in IEC 61034-2:2005/AMD1:2013 and IEC 61034-2:2019 (3.2 edition), performance indicators that met the requirements under two calculation formulas were summarized and analyzed. The minimum transmittance critical value of high voltage cables met the requirements with different outer diameters was also analyzed to determine their variation trend and the scope of indicators, which could improve quality control of finished cable.
