Abstract: A simple method for determining the optimal rubber vulcanization conditions of cables was introduced.Relationship between temperature and time of the inner rubber compound during rubber vulcanization was established by investigating heat conduction in the inner compound for calculating its curing effect, aiming at determining the optimal rubber vulcanization conditions. The method could improve the quality and production efficiency of rubber products for cables.
