电缆堆叠敷设引起的护套表面异常温升仿真研究
Simulation Study of Abnormal Temperature Rise on Sheath Surface Caused by Cable Stacking and Laying

摘要: 堆叠敷设的电缆会出现温升异常的现象,易导致绝缘热击穿等故障。通过模拟电缆敷设状态,测试电缆护套表面的温升,并采用COMSOL多物理场仿真软件模拟环境温度为45℃时的数据,最后进行验证计算。研究表明,敷设试验结果、仿真结果和理论计算结果一致,相关分析可为电缆安装敷设提供一定的参考。Abstract: Stacked cables may experience abnormal temperature rise and furtherly lead to insulation thermal breakdown and other faults. By simulating cable laying status, temperature rise on surface of cable sheath was tested, and data at an ambient temperature of 45 ℃ was simulated using multi-physics field simulation software COMSOL, finally simulation and test results were verified. Research showed that results of laying test, simulation, and theoretical calculation were consistent, and relevant analysis could provide some reference for cable installation and laying.
