    Difference Analysis of Fire-Resistant Cable Test Standards

    • 摘要: 通过对耐火电缆试验标准的梳理分析,对比讨论了不同标准的试验方法、技术要求及其适用范围。基于国内外现行标准,介绍了耐火电缆的分类及其主要试验方法,分别从火焰燃烧、机械冲击、水喷淋等试验方法上对比各标准对耐火电缆的技术要求,并明确各标准的适用电缆类型。本文旨在分析不同耐火电缆试验标准的差异,为其性能评估提供科学依据,提升耐火电缆在实际应用中的安全可靠性,为相关领域技术和研究人员提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Test methods, technical requirements and application scope of different standards were compared and discussed by combining and analyzing fire-resistant cable test standards. Based on the current standards at home and abroad, classification and main test methods of fire-resistant cables were introduced, technical requirements of each standard for fire-resistant cables were compared from test methods of flame combustion, mechanical impact and water spray, etc., and applicable cable types of each standard were determined. Purpose of this paper was to analyze differences between test standards of different fire-resistant cables, provide a scientific basis for performance evaluation of fire-resistant cables, improve safety and reliability of fire-resistant cables in practical applications, and provide reference for technicians and researchers in related fields.
