聚烯烃护套用无卤阻燃剂的研究进展

    Research Progress of Halogen-Free Flame Retardants for Polyolefin Sheathing

    • 摘要: 近年来,随着城市建筑密度和人口密度的不断增加,对电线电缆阻燃性能的要求也显著提高,尤其是电缆护套的阻燃性能。文中综述了国内外在聚烯烃护套阻燃材料领域的研究进展,详细介绍了多种阻燃剂的阻燃机理,并对不同类型阻燃剂的性能差异进行了比较。然后,重点分析了聚烯烃复合材料在阻燃性能和力学性能方面的表现,以及其应用在电缆时对护套材料加工性能的影响。最后,还展望了聚烯烃护套用无卤阻燃剂的未来发展趋势,为提高护套阻燃性能的研究提供新思路。

       

      Abstract: The continuous increase in urban building density and population density have led to an increased demand for enhanced flame-retardant properties in cables and wires, with particular focus on the materials used for cable sheaths. A comprehensive review of recent advancements in flame-retardant materials for polyolefin sheaths both domestic and international research was provided. The mechanisms of various flame-retardant additives were thoroughly examined, contrasting their relative efficacies and highlighting the performance differences between different types. The interplay between flame-retardant effectiveness and mechanical strength in polyolefin composites, as well as the impact of these properties on the processability of sheathing materials were analyzed. Finally, the future developments in halogen-free flame retardants for polyolefin sheaths was prospected, which could provide new ideas for research on improving flame-retardant properties for cable sheaths.
