    Research on Optimization of YJV-0.6/1 kV Power Cable

    • 摘要: 为进一步提高交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套铜芯电缆(YJV-0.6/1 kV 4×120)的安全性和稳定性,对YJV-0.6/1 kV 4×120电缆的材料、结构等参数进行优化,并通过绝缘热延伸、绝缘热收缩、护套失重与低温拉伸等试验对优化前后的电缆进行性能测试。结果表明,优化前后YJV-0.6/1 kV 4×120电缆绝缘和护套材料的绝缘热延伸、绝缘热收缩、护套失重与低温拉伸等试验参数结果均符合国家标准,其中负荷下伸长率由64%降至40%,冷却后永久伸长率由6%降至0%,收缩率由2%降至1%,护套失重由0.67 mg·cm−2降至0.45 mg·cm−2,压痕深度由34%降至22.5%,断裂伸长率由135%提高到180%。试验结果验证电缆整体优化提高了YJV-0.6/1 kV 4×120电缆的安全性和稳定性,进一步推动了电线电缆产业的技术升级。

       

      Abstract: To further enhance the safety and stability of the XLPE insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed copper power cable (YJV-0.6/1 kV 4×120), the material, structure and other parameters of the YJV-0.6/1 kV 4×120 power cable was optimized. The performance of the cables before and after optimization was tested by insulation thermal extension, insulation thermal shrinkage, sheath weight loss at low temperature, and low temperature stretching tests. The results show that before and after the optimisation of YJV-0.6/1 kV 4×120 power cable insulation and sheath material insulation thermal extension, insulation thermal shrinkage, sheath weightlessness and low-temperature tensile and other test parameters results were in line with national standards, in which the elongation under load was reduced from 64% to 40%, the permanent elongation after cooling was reduced from 6% to 0%, shrinkage was reduced from 2% to 1%, the sheath weight loss was reduced from 0.67 mg·cm−2 to 0.45 mg·cm−2, the depth of the indentation was reduced from 34% to 22.5%, and elongation at break increased from 135% to 180%. The test results verified that the overall optimization of the cable improved the stability and safety of the YJV-0.6/1 kV 4x120 power cable, further promoting the technological upgrading of the wire and cable industry.
