摘要: 局部放电试验是6 kV至500 kV交流电力电缆进行出厂试验和型式试验的必检项目,也是检验电力电缆制造质量的重要手段之一,而电缆局部放电测试系统的准确性直接影响检测结果。JB/T 10435—2004《电缆局部放电测试系统检定方法》为电缆局部放电测试系统的专用检定方法标准,是判定电线电缆行业内局部放电测试系统能否合格的唯一依据。文中详细阐述了该标准在修订前后的技术变化及其影响,旨在提升电缆局部放电测试系统的适用性。Abstract: Partial discharge test is a mandatory inspection item for factory and type tests of AC power cables ranging from 6 kV to 500 kV, and it is also one of the important means of verifying the quality of power cables manufacturing. Accuracy of partial discharge testing system directly affects the test results. JB/T 10435—2004 Inspection Methods for Partial Discharge Testing System of Electric Cables serves as the dedicated verification method standard for cable partial discharge testing systems, which is the sole basis for determining whether partial discharge testing systems in electrical cable industry could be deemed qualified. Technical changes before and after the revision of JB/T 10435—2004 and their impacts were elaborated in detail, aiming to enhance the applicability of partial discharge testing systems for cables.
