    Mechanical Protection Performance of Nylon Sheathed Power Cables

    • 摘要: 为深入研究尼龙护套电力电缆的机械防护性能,基于常见的电缆护套损伤类型及尼龙护套材料特性,探讨其在机械防护方面的优势。随后,结合电缆结构设计、大外径电缆工艺实现,以及工程验证分析,阐述尼龙护套电力电缆在提升电缆机械性能、增强可靠性和延长使用寿命等方面的重要作用。研究结果可为尼龙护套电力电缆的进一步推广应用提供技术支持和理论依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to further study mechanical protection performance of nylon sheathed power cables, based on the common types of cable sheath damage and the material characteristics of nylon sheath, advantages of nylon sheath in mechanical protection were discussed. Subsequently, combined with cable structure design, process realization of large outer diameter cables, and engineering verification analysis, important role of nylon sheathed power cables in improving mechanical properties, enhancing reliability and prolonging service life was expounded. Research results could provide technical support and theoretical basis for the further promotion and application of nylon sheathed power cables.
