闪络对漆包圆线击穿电压试验的影响

    Influence of Flashover on Breakdown Voltage test of Enameled Round Wire

    • 摘要: 漆包圆线的扭绞法击穿电压试验中,闪络致使漆包圆线击穿电压试验结果出现系统误差,试样端头间距及其表面情况与闪络电压强相关,影响漆包圆线击穿电压试验结果的准确性。通过试验验证、试样条件对比,对漆包圆线击穿电压试验过程的闪络进行分析。结果表明:击穿电压试验中发生闪络的主要原因是试样端头间距不够;通过预留足够的端头间距以避免闪络,可消除由此产生的误差。

       

      Abstract: In the twisting method for breakdown voltage test of enameled round wires, flashover causes systematic errors in test results. Electrode spacing and the surface condition of the sample are strongly related to flashover voltage, which affects the accuracy of breakdown voltage test results for enameled round wires. Through experimental verification and comparison of sample conditions, flashover during breakdown voltage test of enameled round wires were analyzed. Results showed that the main reason for flashover in breakdown voltage test was the insufficient electrode spacing. By reserving sufficient electrode spacing to prevent flashover, the resultant error could be eliminated.
