分析手段辅助机车线缆寿命评估及热老化监测
Analysis Means to Assist Life Evaluation and Thermal Aging Monitoring of Cables

摘要: 当前机车线缆保有量巨大,存在较多超龄或老龄的配套线缆及系统,如何更精准地评估机车线缆服役寿命是行业共性难题。文中研究不同老化温度下机车线缆绝缘层聚烯烃材料的氧化诱导温度与相对断裂伸长率保留率的关系,以及不同温度下老化过程中傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)变化趋势。结果表明,随着老化进程的深入,相对断裂伸长率保留率逐渐降低,氧化诱导温度也逐渐变小;FTIR红外光谱变化趋势为线缆寿命评估中高温点的选择提供了筛选依据。氧化诱导温度测试及FTIR红外光谱测试可作为线缆寿命评估的辅助分析手段,可为常规老化法评估线缆寿命中高温点的选取及热老化进程的监测提供有效借鉴。Abstract: Based on the huge number of current locomotive cables, there are many over-age or old supporting cables and systems, how to accurately assess the service life of locomotive cables has become a common problem. In the paper, relationship between oxidation induction temperature and relative elongation at break retention of polyolefin material of locomotive cable insulation layer at different aging temperatures, and changing trend of FTIR infrared spectrum during the aging process at different temperatures, were studied. Results showed as the aging process deepened, relative elongation at break retention gradually decreased, as well as oxidation induction temperature. Trend of FTIR infrared spectrum provided a screening basis for the selection of high temperature points in life evaluation of cables. Tests of oxidation induction temperature and FTIR infrared spectrum could be used as auxiliary analysis means for life evaluation of cables. It could provide an effective reference for the selection of high temperature point and thermal aging monitoring of cables.
