Abstract: For the phenomenon of broken wire in production of aluminum (alloy) soft conductors, difficulties in improving production efficiency were described through analysis of broken wire causes. And combined with production practice, improvement measures of bunching machine equipment and annealing process and other aspects were proposed, which could effectively reduce occurrence of broken wire and improve production efficiency and first pass rate of aluminum (alloy) soft conductors.
