直流海底电缆负荷循环试验温度仿真分析

    Temperature Simulation Analysis in Load Cycle Test of DC Submarine Cable

    • 摘要: 为了推进高压直流交联聚乙烯海底电缆仿真的发展,促进直流海底电缆仿真的实际应用,在工厂内部对直流海底电缆进行24 h负荷循环试验,记录不同加热时间下电缆内外温度,使用有限元仿真软件建立交联聚乙烯直流海底电缆仿真模型。对比仿真数据与工厂试验数据,并结合实际情况,确保仿真模型的可行性和准确性,同时用理论模型校准试验数据,避免设备问题导致的测量误差。仿真模型的准确建立有利于减少直流海底电缆的研发设计周期,为高压直流海底电缆的结构和性能设计提供一定的理论支持。

       

      Abstract: In order to promote simulation development of HVDC cross-linked polyethylene submarine cable and practical application in simulation of DC submarine cable, 24 h load cycle test was carried out in the factory for DC submarine cable, and temperature inside and outside the cable under different heating time was recorded. Finite element simulation software was used to establish the simulation model of cross-linked polyethylene submarine cable. By comparing simulation data with actual test data, combined with the actual situation, feasibility and accuracy of the simulation model were guarantee. At the same time, actual test data was calibrated with the theoretical model to avoid the measurement error caused by equipment problems. Establishment of the simulation model is conducive to reducing the development and design cycle of DC submarine cable, which can provide some theoretical support for the structure and performance design of HVDC submarine cable.
