高压电缆交叉互联接地电流异常分析
Analysis of Grounding Current Anomaly in Cross-Connection of High Voltage Cables

摘要: 以一起66 kV线路交叉互联换位失败引起的接地电流异常为例,通过停电前的理论分析和模型列举,初步确定了隐患原因为接地线入箱核相错误,导致交叉互联换位失败,停电打开接地箱后,验证了该理论分析正确。采用红外测温,分析护层环流实测值,能够极大地缩短停电时间并快速定位缺陷。结果表明,应按投运年限对电缆线路开展差异化巡视,应对施工人员和工程验收人员加强培训、应对类似缺陷隐患案例进行总结并建立案例库,应强化并完善高压输电电缆的全寿命周期管理,以此降低故障排查难度,缩短停电时间,提高高压电缆输电可靠性。Abstract: Taking a 66 kV transmission line fault caused by cross-connection transposition as an example, through theoretical analysis and model listing before power failure, causes of hidden trouble were failure of cross-connect due to earthing core phase error. Theoretical analysis was confirmed when opening the grounding box after the power failure.It was pointed out that analysis of the measured value of circulating current in protective layer with infrared temperature measurement could greatly reduce the power failure time and quickly locate the defects. Results showed it was necessary to carry out differential inspection of cable lines according to their service life, to strengthen the training of construction personnel and project acceptance personnel, to summarize and establish case base for similar potential defects, and to strengthen and perfect the life cycle management of high voltage transmission cables, which could reduce the difficulty of fault detection, shorten the power outage time and improve the reliability of high-voltage cable transmission.
