基于短路容量法的高压电缆平滑铝套厚度设计
Thickness Design of Smooth Aluminum Sleeve for High Voltage Cables Based on Short-Circuit Capacity Method

摘要: 高压电缆的平滑铝套若厚度设计不当,容易在弯曲时起皱,从而影响产品性能。为确定合适的平滑铝套厚度,文中基于铝套实际短路容量,根据IEC 60949:1988中短路电流的计算公式,推算出铝套厚度,并进行减薄设计;随后,对铝套减薄后的电缆进行抗外力冲击试验,验证减薄后铝套的机械保护性能。试验结果表明,在抗外力冲击试验后,平滑铝套厚度减薄的电缆绝缘未受到损伤,能够提供充分的机械保护。因此,采用短路容量的方法设计平滑铝套厚度是合理的,并且该方法可以有效指导产品的设计。Abstract: When smooth aluminum sleeve thickness of high voltage cables is not designed properly, wrinkling will occur during bending, which will affect product performance. In order to determine the appropriate smooth aluminum thickness, based on actual short-circuit capacity, smooth aluminum sleeve thickness was calculated according to short-circuit current calculation formula in IEC 60949:1988, and thinning design was carried out.Then external impact resistance test was conducted on thinned cables to verify the protection performance of thinned aluminum sleeve. Results showed that cable insulation of smooth aluminum sleeve with thinned thickness was not damaged after external impact resistance test, which could provide sufficient mechanical protection. Therefore, it is reasonable to use the short-circuit capacity method to design smooth aluminum sleeve thickness, and this method could effectively guide the design of the product.
