基于模糊数学的配电电缆外力破坏风险评估

    Risk Assessment of Distribution Cable External Force Damage Based on Fuzzy Mathematics

    • 摘要: 随着城市化建设的加速和架空线入地工程的持续推进,城市电网中配电电缆的使用日益广泛。电缆的稳定运行对电网的安全性和稳定性至关重要,且与城市居民的日常生活紧密相关。通过梳理2018年—2023年上海部分城区10 kV配电电缆故障的统计资料,深入分析了影响电缆外力破坏风险的主要因素,并构建了基于模糊数学的配电电缆外力破坏风险评估模型。算例验证表明,该模型能够有效反映电缆所处工地的外力破坏风险等级,为电缆的运行维护和发展提升提供了量化依据。

       

      Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization and continuous advancement of overhead line burial projects, the use of power cables in urban power grids had become increasingly widespread. Stable operation of cables was crucial for the safety and stability of power grid and was closely related to daily life of city residents. Based on statistical data of 10 kV distribution cable failures in some urban areas of Shanghai from 2018 to 2023, main factors affecting the risk of cable external force damage were deeply analyzed. Besides, a risk assessment model for distribution cable external force damage based on fuzzy mathematics was constructed. Example verification showed that the model could effectively reflect external damage risk level of the construction site where the cable was located, providing a quantitative basis for the operation, maintenance, and development of cables.
