Abstract: In the paper, main classifications, structures, performance characteristics, standards, and application environments of copper conductor parallel pair high-speed communication cables were introduced, attenuation configurations of different series of external cable channels were analyzed, and design theories and process controls for key high-frequency parameters were discussed, which could provide reference for design and manufacture of high-frequency parameters of copper conductor parallel pair high-speed communication cables.
