充电桩线缆聚醚型聚氨酯护套挤出问题分析
Analysis of Extrusion Challenges in Polyether-Based Polyurethane Sheaths for Charging Pile Cables

摘要: 大多数充电桩线缆采用聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯(thermoplastic polyurethane,TPU)护套。文中针对TPU护套的常见表面质量问题,结合TPU护套的材料特性、挤出机理,分析其影响因素,并对相应典型质量问题的解决方案进行实践验证。结果表明,TPU对挤出温度、挤出压力和剪切率均较为敏感,优化后可显著减少TPU护套挤出的质量问题,为TPU在充电桩线缆中的应用提供了理论依据和实践指导。Abstract: Most charging pile cables adopt polyether-type thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) sheaths. Focusing on common surface quality problems of TPU sheaths, influencing factors were analyzed by combining material characteristics and extrusion mechanism of TPU sheaths, and relevant solutions to typical quality problems were also proposed and verified in practice. Results showed that TPU was highly sensitive to extrusion temperature, extrusion pressure and shear rate, TPU extrusion can be significantly reduced after optimization, which could provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the application of TPU in charging pile cables.
