环保型轻量化110 kV电缆GIS终端竣工试验装置

摘要: 针对两侧为气体绝缘开关(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)终端的110 kV电缆线路投运前进行耐压试验时,在GIS仓上加装变电试验工装存在风险高、工期长等问题,本文研发出110 kV电缆GIS终端仓外耐压试验的专用套筒装置,设计了仓外耐压试验的连接方式和紧凑型结构,通过仿真计算和试验验证装置性能,并成功将其应用于生产现场。经使用发现,该装置对比传统装置具有结构小巧灵活、绿色环保、操作便捷、适应性强、通用性强等优点,推广应用价值极高,解决了高压电缆GIS终端无法单独在仓外进行耐压试验的问题,简化了作业流程,有效降低了施工作业风险,大幅降低了电缆耐压试验工期和成本,缩短了电缆线路停电检修时间。Abstract: To address the problems of high risks and long construction periods when installing substation test fixtures on GIS chambers for withstand voltage tests of 110 kV cable lines with gas insulated switchgear (GIS) terminals on both sides before operation, a dedicated sleeve device for the external withstand voltage test of 110 kV cable GIS terminals was developed. The connection method and compact structure for the withstand voltage test outside the chamber were designed, and the performance of the device was verified through simulation calculations and experiments. It was successfully applied to the production site. It was found through application that, compared with traditional devices, this device has the advantages of compact and flexible structure, green environmental protection, convenient operation, strong adaptability, and strong universality, with extremely high promotion and application value. It solved the problem that high-voltage cable GIS terminals could not be tested separately outside the chamber, simplified the operation process, effectively reduced construction risks, significantly reduced the duration and cost of cable withstand voltage testing, and shortened the time for cable line power outage maintenance.
